I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and super friendly staff. However, the lobby could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. The location was great being right on the side of the highway, but the noise level could be an issue for some. The dining experience was enjoyable but might not suit late arrivals due to early serving times.
The hotel is conveniently located just over the border in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, making it easy to access from the USA. While the rooms looked nice and clean, some aspects were a little dirty, especially the old and nasty furnishings. The lobby could use some improvement but does provide a great service experience.
